15:00 Travel by sampan through islets. Take 3 hours for cooking class activities. Includes visiting a local market by bicycle to buy some ingredients.
19:00 Have dinner and overnight in Can Tho.
05:30 Wake up in early morning.
Take a leisure boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River then visit to Cai Rang floating market which is the liveliest one in the whole of region.
08:00 Departure from Cai Rang floating market. Take time for breakfast at home and rest.
13:00 Have lunch.
14:00 Depart for Ho Chi Minh city.
